I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months and even as recently as this week I have been charged $** again for a service I don’t use. I only log on to try and cancel subscriptions. Apparently I have two accounts which I didn’t realize and only one was cancelled which is why I’m still being charged every month. I would like all of my accounts closed and cancelled and my money refunded. The username for the account that is still active is jessie*** and again I need all accounts closed, cancelled and refunded.
