I just realized that I was charged for another month of Match.com. I distinctly remember cancelling my membership about a week (maybe a week and a half) into my subscription and it told me that I would still remain active on the site until my month was complete. Because I had an awful experience with Match, I made myself invisible and deleted the app on my phone. Why was I charged an additional month when I logged on to your website and cancelled the subscription?
