Hello,**My name is Matthew Tarr and I just cancelled my subscription with match.com. I would like a refund as I was not pleased with my service on match. On May **th I called to cancel my subscription before my free trial was up. I just looked at my billing statement to see that **.** was taken out for a month subscription. This shouldn't have been the case as I was told it was taken care of over the phone. I waited to receive a confirmation via email in which I never did. I hope you guys can take care of this as I do not want to pay this much for a service I did not utilize.
