I paid **.** i believe on Sunday April **th. I was unable to access my account and chat with anyone. It kept asking me to pay for my account which i had already done. I decided it wasn't worth my time, and the site wouldn't work for me, so i want a refund. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
