Help with my Match.com issue

I ordered a *-month subscription for **.**. I accept the billing for that. On the same day, I press the app button to explore that option and did not see any information about what this service entails or any charges involved. Today I see a charge for $**.** on my credit card and I did not authorize this charge. I call * numbers for Match.com and was unable to talk to a supervisor about this. I feel that this charge is fraud and want it credited to my charge account.
GetHuman-jzgadz did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
