I keep resetting my password because you keep telling me my password is wrong. I reset it- it fails the first try, then the second time I successfully log in. Now, when I try to deactivate with the SAME password (I give it a day or two) - your site keeps telling me it is incorrect. And this has happened with every password change- so your website is the issue.
fix your customer service and technical glitches. You guys are killing me.
