deactivate my account ... "incorrect p***word" but it is the same p***word I logged in with.
I keep resetting my p***word because you keep telling me my p***word is wrong. I reset it- it fails the first try, then the second time I successfully log in. Now, when I try to deactivate with the SAME p***word (I give it a day or two) - your site keeps telling me it is incorrect. And this has happened with every p***word change- so your website is the issue.
fix your customer service and technical glitches. You guys are killing me.
