Name: Ken Ryan *MagicJack phone number: ***-***-**** *MagicJack Account: *********Address: ** Flora Court, Innisfil, ON L*S *R* *I have been a MagicJack customer for more than five years.*On ********** I renewed my Device Status by three years, (payment of $***.**) , expiring on ***********On ********** I also renewed my Number Status by three years (three payments of $**.**) expiring on ***********All payments were made by a Visa credit card ending in ...****.**On ********** I was unable to make or receive any MagicJack calls. Then $**.** was deducted from my bank account without my permission and my MJ was re-activated.*I phoned MagicJack on ********** and was told that someone would contact me "in a few days". Nothing happened*I phoned MagicJack on ********** asking that a refund be made for the $**.** deducted on ********** and that my Number Status be corrected on my account to indicate that it would expire on **********. I was told that I would be contacted in three to five business days. Nothing happened.*I phoned MagicJack on **********. I was told that my request was sent to "upper management" and that I would be contacted in seven to ten days. Nothing happened.*I phoned MagicJack on **********. I was told that the request was still with "upper management" and that I would be contacted "soon". *Nothing happened.*I phoned MagicJack on **********. I was told that there was a problem with my renewal of the Number Status purchases I made on ********** and that a request was escalated.*I am ** years old and this has been very frustrating.*It appears obvious that some kind of error has been made. I am asking that a refund be made for the $**.** deducted on ********** and that my Number Status be corrected on my account to indicate that it would expire on **********.**It has now been more than two weeks that this problem has existed.
