After updating my MJ to the latest version, I removed the old one and inserted the new device. Despite following the instructions to download, the registration process does not complete. An error message stating, "This MJ device has not completed registration," appears, preventing me from making calls. Furthermore, my access is restricted on all but three MJ websites. I inquired with the chat support on mjreg.com regarding changing the device name in my account, but they did not provide an answer. Reverting to the old device was unsuccessful. The new MJ shows a steady green light with the yellow light blinking sporadically. I attempted changing the Ethernet cables and various connection methods without success. The registration remains incomplete, yet I am unable to resolve this due to the limited website access.

After speaking to numerous technicians who repeated the same troubleshooting steps, I was fortunate to find one who offered new solutions. They inquired about my operating system, specifically if it was Windows 7 or earlier. Upon learning I had Windows 7 Ultimate, they explained that due to compatibility issues, the software wouldn't work on this version and would cease to function on Windows 8 next year. I expressed frustration at not being informed of this limitation during the upgrade purchase, realizing I had spent approximately seven hours troubleshooting unnecessarily. Now, I must pursue a refund for the software.

I am refusing to pay the fee as the device never functioned. I will be contacting the FCC to report how you are withholding my phone number which is essential as my wife is battling cancer and needs to be reachable by doctors. I tried using the device received on May 19 and returned it on May 22 due to it not working. There was no 30-day trial as claimed, and they charged my credit card immediately upon order placement. There is no live customer service, only an animated chat with operators named "Honey," "Stella," and "Ruby" who ask repetitive questions and provide no help. Many others are facing similar issues. Do not purchase from them. The positive reviews are likely fake. I will be contacting the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.

My MagicJack subscription is set to expire on July 15, [redacted]. I had disabled the auto-renewal option. However, I was charged $49.88 on July 8, [redacted], before the expiration date. I tried contacting customer service but faced difficulties. I request an immediate refund of the charged amount. My ATT wireless phone system, consisting of 5 phones, is displaying the message "home line busy" on all devices. I have tried disconnecting the phones, power, and batteries from the base system, but the issue persists. The phones are models DL72210 to DL72350. This problem started this morning - I received a call at 8 am without an issue, but a call at 11 am couldn't get through due to the busy message. How can this be resolved?

I purchased a Magic Jack with a year of subscription, but my kit never arrived. UPS, the courier they used, claims they delivered it, but I never got it. Magic Jack is telling me to deal with UPS, who says it's Magic Jack's responsibility to file a claim for lost shipments. I'm caught in the middle and need Magic Jack to either resolve the issue with UPS and ensure delivery or refund my payment. It's frustrating that Magic Jack won't take responsibility for ensuring customers receive their orders.

I have been attempting to assist an elderly individual named Rakhil Averbukh in adding credit to her account for several months. However, I am encountering issues with the website when trying to add funds to the account. Despite being able to log in and view the balance, when I attempt to add $40.00, the site gets stuck on a loading screen after clicking the "Buy" button. I have previously used my Visa card ending in ***[redacted] on the account with no problems. I have tried contacting tech support at 1[redacted] without success. I believe that my name and email address should also be associated with the account. Additionally, there was a billing issue on May 23, [redacted], where the card was charged twice for $58.00. I ordered a MagicJack on September 10th. The tracking shows it went from Florida to Illinois to Canada through customs. The package was delivered at 11:57 AM yesterday, but was handed to Canada Post by UPS. I contacted both UPS and Canada Post to no avail. Why wasn't the package left at my address by UPS? If it was with Canada Post, why hasn't it arrived? I can provide tracking info and photos if needed. Please provide an explanation before I escalate this to the BBB. I paid $77.33 USD for this and need a resolution. If necessary, another one can be sent by mail. I have been a loyal MagicJack customer for years. Thank you.

I'm experiencing issues with making calls to automated phone numbers. When I press the extension, nothing occurs, and I hear a buzzing noise on my end. Additionally, when making or receiving calls, the other party complains of a continuous beeping sound. Although this was recently fixed, the problem seems to have returned. I cleared my browser yesterday, and since then, the automated calls with extensions do not function correctly. The problem is also noticed with my magic jack number, making it impossible to seek assistance over the phone.

I have discovered unauthorized charges on my ex-girlfriend's credit card for the second year in a row. No response has been provided regarding the previous year's issue.
