Help with my MagicJack issue

I need to check if my account is ok. I bought a replacement magicjack unit about a year ago. I had the expiration date of ****** **** on the oridinal unit. I was told that another year of service would be added, instead I received emails that my time was expiring. My current magicjack is telling me to call you. When I call, I get referred to you.
GetHuman-cicuta did not yet indicate what MagicJack should do to make this right.

The technical issue is fixed, however, the problem of adding time to my account was not addressed. I'm not as concerned about the time update and will probably let go since it is so hard to connect with a representative these days. The technical issue was resolved by unplugging and rebooting my whole computer system.
