Presently I maintain a balance of $**.** IPP minutes on my ************** MJ Account. *Recently I changed my iPhone to a different model and noticed that the balance of the $** IPP credit I maintained on my iPhone account had been reduced to zero. Is this the result of changing to a different phone and if so, how do I recover that credit? FYI I purchased the $** IPP minutes for my iPhone last June *th and barely used any minutes, if any.
GetHuman-djharto did not yet indicate what MagicJack should do to make this right.
