I am trying to put the Magic Jack app on my cell phone and it is giving me an error that says I need to renew my device subscription because it has expired and no where on my account can I accomplish this, to my knowledge. As of now the device that is being shown is no longer an active device with us. Thank you.
GetHuman-jimmygfa did not yet indicate what MagicJack should do to make this right.
