I was trying to explain that the product hasn't shipped even though a label was created, and I'm not sure that he understood me. It' like if you address and put a stamp on a Birthday card for snail mail but never put it in the mailbox - it never gets delivered! He kept saying that he got what I was saying but never said what he was going to do about it. What he has to do is contact the proper m... ... This is not really about a missing order. The order was obviously filled and the UPS label was printed, giving me a tracking number. The problem is that the package never got to UPS to be shipped. I called customer service, but they couldn't tell me any more than I had gotten on my own. I asked the rep if he could contact the mail room and have them check for the package, but didn't really get an answer. Of course when I heard the rooster(s) crowing a minute later in the call, I realized that he wasn't exactly in an office situation at Macy's. Bottom line - label was created on **** and they can't consider it lost for ** days. In the mean time, it will just sit in the mail room (either at Macy's or their supplier) until someone discovers it. Anyway, the customer service rep. has all the information (numbers, etc.) so all I can do is wait and hope it happens to be found and shipped.
All I want is for the package to be delivered in good condition as soon as possible. If I have to wait the two weeks and it doesn't show up, they'll just have to send a replacement.
