I ordered an Alex Evening Ruffled Grown With a Shawl. I paid ** dollars for an expedited delivery. The dress came, looked worn and did not have a shawl. Called and was told to keep the original dress and another dress would be issued with a shawl. The second dress arrived as promised, but also without a shawl. Called again today. The agent offered a replacement, credit or discount. Told her I only wanted the shawl. Ended up speaking to a manager, John, who offered the same. Said he could not guarantee a shawl would come with the replacement. I like the dress and bought it because of the shawl. I bought it specifically for a wedding on *******. Is there any way I can be guaranteed that I will received the shawl this time in time for the occasion. I asked to be transferred to the customer satisfaction survey but neither the agent (Colleen) nor John would transfer me. John indicated that once I speak to a manager, I no longer have access to the survey. Colleen told me that the survey was not operational. Order * **********
