Today I needed a lyft from my store to my home. I walk with a walker. I had two large shopping bags. I asked for a lyft* I waited OUTSIDE even though it was raining hard. I saw the car parking five cars away from me. I motioned to him to come closer. Three times. He did not move. I finally limped over to him. My walker and the shopping bags were getting wet. He didn't move. Now I was really upset. He finally got out of the car, and I asked him why he didn't get closer. He said there were no spots. I said he could have, as all other drivers, double parked, get me and the packages and the walker, into the car, and we'd leave. He got into the car and said he wasn't taking me, and I could get another driver. He drove off, left me on the sidewalk in the rain, and then he called in that I was a no-show, and you charged me $*.** for no-show! I have never before called in about a bad driver* but this one was rude, fresh, insolent, and caused me to have further problems, because then I had to wait a long time (in the rain) for a new driver! First, I would appreciate your removing the $* charge and deduct $* from Mario's salary for possibly losing a steady customer. Then, I need a better way to contact you: sometimes you set up my departure point at a spot I have never visited* sometimes you arbitrarily decide I am to be picked up at a doctor's office where I go only once a year. One time you decided to send someone to *** Central Avenue, JERSEY CITY, when I was a block away from my home in Lawrence. I have no other complaints. I actually have a good time talking to your drivers. Some are good, and some are superb people. So, please remove the possible addresses that sound similar to mine, only post ones I have used* and please remove the late fee that never was. You can reach me at *****@***.com.
