This morning at *:** i requested a ride through Lyft which was accepted by a driver who was to arrive in ** minutes. I chose to do this because Uber surge pricing was at $** but had several cars nearby. I chose to wait a little longer to save the $*. However, your driver not only did not arrive after ** minutes. After ** minutes had elapesed, ** minutes of which your driver spent stopped, i attempted to call him and was sent to voicemail, tried to text and then Lyft switched my driver to a new person who was completing a trip nearby with an estimated arrival of * minutes. As it was already *:** and i was late I cancelled my Lyft and got a more reliable Uber for $** in surge. I have been consistently dissappointed in the service i have recieved from Lyft and have had persistent issues with your app not giving an accurate arrival time, your drivers not arriving at the correct location, and then I find out you people dont even accept phone calls. You have no customer service to speak to and I will not be continuing to provide you with my business. I will also use my voice in the community to encourage others to abandon your app until you change your horrible policies.
