Again charge for a ride I DIDNT take or request. Attached bank statement and a record of the rides a took along with drivers and time and amounts with dates and time. Didn’t take a ride this morning ********** at **:**AM FOR $**.**. Why does this keep happening Why you are messing with my money and I don’t want to continue to have keep emailing Lyft about charging my account for Rides am not requesting. Every ride I take you take the money right then and there so when I wake up I keep finding EXTRA charges for rides while am sleep? This is becoming impossible and am tired Lyft tired of keep having to type the same grievances to Lyft almost every other week. I have the records and receipts of ALL my rides. I have to because whatever is going on iKEEP BEING CHARGE WHY WHY. Stop taking my money for rides I didn’t take. Put my $**.** back. I mean this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! I DIDNT TAKE OR REQUEST NO RIDE ON ***** at **:**AM FOR $**.**. Card number ending ****.
It’s happening more frequently and am tired of having to keep a eye on my account for Lyfts extra charges of RIDES I DIDNT TAKE I HAVE ALL MY RECEIPTS ALL
Run me my money back in my account give me back my $**.**
Fix it AND STOP WITH THE EXTRA CHARGES this is more than wrong. How can you allow this to keep happening why
