I am FURIOUS. I have been waiting for over half an hour out in *** weather while the driver assigned to me drove further and further away while ignoring SIX phone calls and two text messages from me. I went from having an estimated arrival at my destination of *:** to **:** IF the driver turned arround immediately, which he never did. I am now going to be very very late to this event that was supposed to start at *:**. I cannot express how frustrated and cold I am as I type this outside waiting for my new driver, after I cancelled the last one. I do not think this is any sort of customer "service." I'm a millennial who rarely writes complaints but god **** this is annoying. Seriously, I'm beyond upset. I shouldn't be waiting this long or having to pay for a new Lyft for * person because a shared Lyft would take too long. I switched to Lyft this fall and am SERIOUSLY considering switching back to Uber.**I have a TON of screenshots to back this up if you need them. The cancelled ride hasn't shown up in my history yet.
