Hello, I have a complaint about one of your drivers. I’ll traffic in one area is now down to one single lane due to construction. The right lane is now four buses only and it’s clearly marked by large text on the street and also brand new posts all the way down the street. The area is North Halsted in Chicago from division to Chicago Avenue. I just witnessed one of your drivers totally violating all songs and going in V “but only ” lane just to avoid waiting in traffic. If you’re drivers are an extension of your company, they need to learn the rules of the road. ** The date is November *, the time is *:** PM, the model of the car is a Volvo, dark blue, license plate number is S** ****.** I want to report this driver to you for safety reasons and avoiding all traffic songs. He or she was completely in the wrong. Personally, I would not want to have a ride in that car.**Sincerely, *Greg
