I had a ride sunday to **** *rd ave south continuing on to u.s. bank stadium. Iwas charged $**.** however the driver took off while i was inside the *st stop. He told My girlfriend he had another call. He never finished ours!** i was charged for the full ride and if u look at my ride history youll c i had to call another lyft to get to stadium. I paid again**. This is no laughing matter. I am requesting some type of credit I was charged twice for one destination. I can appreciate the driver was trying to get his hustle on during the Vikings game but that was a straight up con. He didnt even know where U.S. bank stadium was located. He was about making a quick doller**I spend plenty of money with lyft. Please help me resolve this issue. Is it possible to get a lyft credit? If the day wasn't ruined at the start,i also had my phone n credit card stolen after we arrived at the stadium. Therefore I will no longer b using card ending in ****. I am n the process of reloading my lyft app. It is still showing a charge of $*.** that was paid weeks ago. I've had several lyft rides since thrn please take it off. I will b adding a new card but don't want to b charged double for that too. Seems like some scamming going on of late** please help. We've done good business over the last couple years.
