On yesterday **-** I requested my usual lyft home. It gave me my price of $** and some change. When my ride came I wasn't paying attention cuz I had my headphones on looking at my phone. When I looked up we were on ** South. I asked where we were going and then checked my ride request. It had a different destination with a total of $** and some change. I told him to pull over and I gave him my address again. He proceeded again on ** South. He was going to get me off on exit *** but I told him to take me to Pleasant Hill. The Lyft would not give me a total . After we get on Pleasant Hill he wanted to go straight I told him to get off at Ronald Reagan. Then he wanted to get off at *:** Trickum I told him no because I knew where I was at and I wanted to go to *** and take the back streets home. This right took over an hour where my regular ride only takes about ** to ** minutes to get home. I usually get home about ** to * yesterday I got home about *:**. Then it said my right cost me $** and some change. I also had to tell the try for not to get off at *:** to Trickum and to keep straight anyway I wanted my ride a test it because it should have been only a half an hour ride and with the destination is $** it shouldn't have been no more than ** more dollars or so added on instead of a whole double the ride which instead of being $** it was ** my number is ***-***-**** my name is Sandra favors and I got picked up at kidss Galaxy going to **** Medlock River Bridge that's my usual route every day going home. Also I went to my credit card which was over so I declined it and I have to put it through to my regular bank account which is going to leave me short for today's fried so I need this rectified or someone to call me I'm on lunch now it is *:** Eastern Standard Time thank you
