Someone is in the Lyft that I ordered and it is NOT the person that I called the Lyft for! Yet the driver is NOT answering their phone and it's going straight to voicemail and I cannot cancel the ride,or I cannot tell him it's not the right person that he picked up because he's not answering the phone. I need you to manually cancel this ride,as I am unable to request another Lyft,because this ridiculous and completely unprofessional driver decided not to verify who he is picking up and is apparently enabling some random thief to take a ride at my expense,which is going to cause me to be extremely late,since I have made the mistake of actually relying on your company's service to get me to my destination,and there is no LIVE person to speak to that may resolve this immediately.
