Last night a driver accepted to pick us up at our hotel. It stated he was * mins away. Then immediately said we were picked up. Obviously he never showed. After ** or so minutes I contacted the driver who barely spoke understandable English. He stated he could not find us. I repeat our hotel address several times. He stated that is where he was. Now there is only one entrance to the hotel. And we were standing in it. When I checked app again it said our ride was complete and wanted me to tip the driver. We ordered another car and our ride was pleasant. Problem is this morning I checked my bank account and was charged * times in a row for a ride that never happened. You *Obviously have a bad apple driving for you. *Considering contacting the police for bank frauds.
