To get a ride for my husband from his job site to where his truck was at the repair shop ... Today was the First time I used you, I downloaded your apt. I vertifly the $ you put on my credit card. The driver contacted me and said he would be there in ten min.'s to pick my husband up at his job site. after one half hour my husband called me to say he never showed up. Over the next hour I tried several ways to contact you to ask where is the driver. two hours later he still had not showed up and my husband is waiting. The driver never even texted me back. . I tried emailing you.. where is the driver*What kind of business does customer service like this,that does not even have a phone number to call. I will never use you again. Now I am going on yelp, facebook and any where else I can say just how rude and unprofessional your company is. Next day, Lyft still has not responded to the email I sent yesterday to ask where the driver was. Also they charged my credit card twice .
People need to reach them when there is a problem, or you should be able to call the driver back and say.. Hey where are you
The driver should say Sorry
Im not for I will never use them again..
