The issue in GetHuman-goramga's own words
This is long and convoluted. I applied for the lyft. rental program with the deposit and got an email telling me my background check was approved and to hold my vehicle. When I click on the link it sends me to another application process and the whole thing starts again. After a lengthy wait lyft support messaged me back saying they had refunded the money back to my account and i would have to wait for the new application to process. Two things. Why is the app giving me the run around? And also I closed the account that money was charged from and started a new one I could use for the Rental program. Where does that money go? If I got an email telling me my background check was approved why can't I get into the app? Why would it let me go through a whole new background check if I was already approved? I would really like to avoid having to wait again. So many questions. I would like to speak to someone please. Time is of the essence. Help please. Thanks *Ryan Murray ***-*** ****
