My driver was late by ** minutes I stood out in the rain and got a horrible apology not only by the driver but the person who messaged me. Saying my driver was out front and sorry for the delay our bad.what does our bad mean.plus the driver went to the wrong address to pick me up so I had to wait an extra ** minutes and call and text him with the right directions.I feel no money should of been deducted from my account for the ride since I was late for the pick-up that I scheduled the day befor over **hours in advance.he said he came from Minneapolis.if the driver wasn't gonna be on time he should of let you guys know to schedule someone else for the pick-up and not laugh when I told him not only was I disappointed but soaking wet as well then I was real late to my destination
