I ordered a Lyft this morning. A regular single ride. An UBER driver pulled up to my house. There was another passenger in the car. He didn't speak much English but said it was a shared ride. I needed to get to **** Flatbush Avenue and he was headed towards the Belt Parkway because my share was going to Bay Ridge. I told him he should drop me *st but he continued to the Belt. I went all the way to Bay Ridge. Then he didn't have my destination in his phone. I told him he had to get me back to Flatbush. He put the address in and drove me back. Meantime I am late for work. I told him i ordered Lyft, single ride and he was the wrong driver. Why he had my address is beyond me. Then I see Lyft app telling me Lyft driver dropped me off and charged me $**.** on what should have been a ** minute ride for $*.**. Please issue a refund or I will report Lyft, Uber and the drivers involved to the police. You robbed me.
