Just now, I got a call from a driver saying she was outside (in New Orleans) for a scheduled pick up now (****) - I was in New Orleans last week and left there on Monday, ***. I used Lyft but is was not a scheduled ride. I went on the app and cancelled the current trip but I should not be charged for the cancellation since I did not do this myself. I'm concerned someone else might be using my account, or your technology is messed up somehow. Please let me know what you find, and if the fee will be removed. Yesterday, I got a note saying my ride is ** minutes away - and again, I was in New Orleans last Sunday and used Lyft but not this week. Please ensure no charges are on my account for yesterday either. I'm not even in New Orleans now and haven't used Lyft since last week.
