Hello first of all I love lyft I have been using it for about * months now ..anyway this evening I asked for a lyft I live in Banning..anyway the driver I chose was for * people I thought anyway me and * people were waiting outside and he pulls up but has someone in the front and said “ how many people ! I told him * and he said he didn’t have enough room for us all because he had a passenger”..so We didn’t use him we told him never mind ..my question is I thought when it’s shows * people for a standard ride it meant * people? I’m sorry his name was Rogelio and he was an Asian man I’ve never had an issue with lyft but this evening was a little different .. we ended up going through some one else ..
GetHuman-lolitab did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
