On the ******** I call in for a driver fromarrival level between T* & T* before I call I always make sure that I am standing pick up spot then I call for a driver the driver never shows up I to pick me up then you guys assigned me another driver Mr. Davis who yes show up to the pick up stop. But know you guys charge me $*.** dollars when I was standing where on the pick up spot.There is a designate stop for pick ups and I was there at all time asking driver for the name of Adrian which was assign never saw him and how if I call in for a driver standing on the pick up spot i going to miss the car .I always travel with Lyft as a customer i do not complain but it is not fair for me to accept what is not true. free to call me at ***-***-****.*I am happy with this fee.
