I downloaded the Lyft application for my phone and use it for the first time today,August **th ****. I had downloaded the app one other time before from the same website I was under the impression that I was downloading the app using a promotional code for using the service for the first time and that I would get a first time user discount. I did not receive that first time user discount or promo code or even see a place where to enter a promo code I was also in an emergency situation and didn't have time to search for a place to enter a code. I'm not in the best of situations right now my daughter and I are homeless and we used to live to get us to a hotel room where we would be safe the driver was phenomenal and the ride was great however I really could use the discount on what was charged to my debit card as the website stated I would get a $** discount I really could use that $**. Is there anyway that we can adjust what was charged on my card so that I can utilize that promo code or that offer now that I've already paid? I would be more than happy to continue to use your service until my stolen car is found and returned or I can replace my car if you would be so kind as to adjust my payment from today. I can not find a phone number to contact Lyft customer support anywhere and don't know where else to look for help with this issue. I would appreciate it if somebody could get back to me as soon as possible regarding it.
