Hi my name is Barbara Harley Bishop, Im writing this to complain. Me and my friends called a lyft, and soon found out by text that our driver could not speak but could hear, but we didnt know she could hear till the end of the ride, but ill go back* it said the driver was here, as normal but she was so far from where we were. We texted Her numerous time telling her where we were across from a place, the street we were on and the one across from it. We looked everywhere, finally ran to her her with *min left. Well i guess on her screen it said we did a "no show" but we were in the car already, on my screen it said the opposite it said well be ther in **min. As if she was driving us. We tried to explain that its gonna charge us anyways, but she wanted cash, she didnt understand us, we were already low on money and we needed to get our destination at a decent time. So we took the ride. Afterwards when we looked at out account it originally was $**.** and it went down to $*. We just want our money back. I wish i could attach a photo. My cellphone number is ***-***-*****Her name is Christian shes alittle over middle age.*She picked us up at: **** Ocean Ave Santa Monica, CA @ *:**pm*She dropped us at: ***** Parnell Ave Los Angeles, CA @ *:**pm*This occured on July.**.******Thank you for your help!
