Hi, I am Matthew Aldana and I am a driver. I had an issue with a rider on Saturday July **st from *:**-*:**pm. This rider was an IEHP that I picked up at Riverside Community Hospital. I picked up this rider and started heading towards the destination. They asked if they could stop by this shop really quick? I said yes. I thought they might need need a snack or something to drink from being an IEHP that came from the hospital. They went in and came out pretty fast. Just after we left they asked if they could plug in their phone to charge? They had they usb chord but just needed a place to put it. I had a couple porter chargers so I lended they my portable charger. We are about *-* miles out. They asked if they could stop by a pharmacy at Walmart? I said yes. I thought they might need to get some medicine. I believed they might be in and out in * minutes. **-** minutes later I’m still waiting. I go and check on them at the pharmacy and they are not their. They are not outside also. So, I ended up calling them and they said they were about to head. I start heading back towards my car. As I start driving towards the door I see him with around * bas of groceries from what I could tell. There was also was this bag of ice. I asked “I thought you you were going to the pharmacy “ in he responded “I did “. They didn’t say anything about the extra about the bags. We had left Walmart and back on route. I get to the location and I see him finishing up a beer (coors). So he either picked up a beer at the first location or second. Then he start drinking while I was giving him a ride. I was able to help get their things out of my car. Once finished I had left. I was checking the back seat to see if my portable charger was there. It wasn’t the rider had taken it with them.
