The issue in GetHuman-camouton's own words
This is second time in less than a week I ordered a car snd it said there would be a driver in three minutes. I walked down hall took elevator and NO ONE was there and five minutes later I get a “no show” charge. Your site makes it nearly impossible to contact driver. My mission was somewhat urgent so I reordered and the driver who showed up didn’t speak ONE word of English do I had to cancel, and this thing took ** minutes before a nice Lebanese woman arrived. The TWO $* must be reimbursed and Lyft needs to make sure drivers speak English as the gentlemsn had only the site with his face and car photo snd NO contact info. This started at *** N Jackson St Glendale at around *** pm, my phone is *** ***-****. Cathy Mouton
