This man over charged me for an horrible experience he parked across the street from my pick up location instead of at my front door mistake number one then he didn’t even know how to follow directions from his gps so because of his lack of knowledge in that I was a half an hour late for a very important appointment that I had not to mention he was rude and his car smelled like old cigars ! The agreed payment was ** $ and as I’m at my appointment I see he charged me an extra **$ because of the mistakes he made because he didn’t know how to follow a simply route ! That’s not fair and I want my money back or I will never use Lyft again and I’m a very loyal customer !!! I am beyond upset about this!
