I was charged ** and change for one way at Krogers because the driver went to my drop off address first instead of picking me up at krogers. Now i did show address unavailable on my phone, which i get sometimes, so i cant type anything in that space which is the pickup space, but they usually are able to locate me anyway, so i just filled in the drop off space which was my home. why should i get charged for that trip when driver tells me they are having trouble with the gps addresses. i want credit, as you know im a regular customer. I spent over ***.** in * mos. please keep giving me promotions, im on SS only and Lyft is my only transportation to get around since leaving NJ and NY. thank you, Barbara
