I was in the lyft with my cousin, and the driver and her were conversating. I’m not one for people driving me around but she was visiting and had already decided we were taking lyft. Well anyways, the driver made snide comments in regards to special needs people, and I was beyond offended. Not only do I have a special needs sister, I find it completely disrespectful and her lack of knowledge in regards to special needs explains her stupidity. I’m not one to be offended but I can only imagine the things she says to others. I’m not asking she be fired but I would appreciate some sort of action taken. I do not know her name since I was not the one who used the lift but I did get her license plate. *UPG***.
