I am a visually impaired individual using the Lyft application on my iPhone using voice over, A screen reading software that allows me to use my phone without the screen, so it reads everything to me. When I completed my Lyft ride on the new update, it would only give me the option to tip the driver instead of rating him. When I click complete ride, I thought it would take me to the ratings screen just like the old software would. I personally liked the old software better, because it was easier to navigate I personally don’t like having to put your destination in first before your pick up location it just doesn’t make sense to me. May you please attempt to bring back the old format of the app the way used to be? Thanks.*Mason.
