Hello, I requested a Lyft this afternoon to take home from work due to it raining, and as soon as I placed the Lyft order, it said that my driver would be there in eight minutes, it took him ** minutes and he never even called me to let me know that he was going to be running late. And then when the driver finally arrived, he wasn’t even at my location, and I was standing right next to where the pin had “dropped”, and I couldn’t walk the couple minute walk down to road to the OTHER office building he was at because it was pouring rain, hence why I had to call a Lyft. Therefore, I had to cancel the Lyft, because the driver was at the wrong location and we couldn’t meet up. So I was wondering if I could please have my $*.** back that got taken from my account when I HAD to cancel the ride, it wasn’t my fault he was in the wrong location, and was unresponsive & unreachable. I even tried texting and calling the gentleman’s phone number to let him know he was in the wrong location, and no response from him. This is probably the worst service that I’ve had with Lyft thus far, I will be using again, but please just give me my $* back, thank you.
