I was double charged and charged to a wrong card for a ride around * pm in Philadelphia on Saturday June ** th, ****.**I also was not given the **% discount which supposedly was in place. I attempted to add a tip and was charged a second time for the ride. My bank initially declined the charge. I called to fix this and you charged me twice. **I would like to be financially reimbursed and an apology. I do travel a decent amount. This was the second time I used Lyft. In part because of the discount. If you can not contact me and rectify the situation, I will NEVER use Lyft again. Previously, I have used Uber and NEVER been over charged. **It’s now been almost a week since I initially reached out to you. To date I have received no response from your organization.*My cell phone is ***-***-****
