It was my first night driving and I got a lyft line ride share . I dropped off the first customer and I hit the drop off confirmed button and then I assumed the directions for my next customer would pop up but they didn’t, I was trying to figure it out then I accidentally hit that I dropped him off in the same location of my last customer. So I asked him for directions to his house. In the meantime I forgot to turn the app off and got two more pick up requests before I could turn it off. I was just wondering if u could help me out on the directions part because I lost money and now my acceptance rate is way down and was wondering if lyft can help me get back to *** percent because it was a mistake on my part and my fault when it comes down to it and was just wondering if anything can be done. Thank you!!!
