I’m really disappointed as a fairly new Lyft user. I’ve used it a few times and heard wonderful things. I have also recommended Lyft services to many friends. This evening, I requested a Lyft and the wrong address was put in for pick up. when I tried to change it, it wouldn’t let me drag the pin to my location and put it at a different location. I called my driver many times to try and solve this issue and even texted. I wasn’t able to get in contact in time. I am incredibly upset and am hoping to receive a refund for this trip that I had to officially cancel due to this cir***stance. I have heard great things about the customer service at Lyft and am hoping this can be resolved and I can feel better about this situation.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
