On Thursday June *th I requested a lyft for my adult daughter who was visiting me from out of town as soon as she got in the car she realized she had forgotten her wallet asked the driver to cancel the ride before she exited his vehicle. She text me approximately *min later requesting I request another ride, when I attempted to request another one I couldn't because the driver never canceled and in fact **min later I noticed he charged me not only for a ride my daughter never took but also charged off to a totally different destination. I sent an email complaint on Friday June *th and as of today have not gotten any response I expect a response immediately and want to be refunded the full amount.
GetHuman769733 did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
