I been driving for about * months no where in the sign up process does it explain how the bonus works so here I am busting my hump to get to the *** mark to get my ***$ bonus and now you tell me that it's paid out with each ride you give?. This is so misleading information about your bonus you supposely give to the drivers. I called the driver line. And the agent who answered was explaining it to me no where do you guys have how the bonus is paid out. Here I am thinking I'm going to get the *** as soon as I hit my *** ride mark. But I'm not and I asked the agent to speak to a supervisor and he says ok hold on comes back asking me the same questions again. I said I just want you speak to a supervisor he's like ok I have a supervisor with me hold on one minute I said ok. He comes back and says my supervisor wanted to say that this is not a high priority right now. But I will get my supervisor so that u have the info you need. So not only did the agent lie to me by saying the supervisor was there and was ready to talk to me and he did it * times like what kind of company is this to allow their employees to lie to the drivers. This issue needs to be taking care of and not allow it to happen again. I work ** hrs a day and come home and go out in drive till * * am in the morning to get to the *** mark but nope I'm not getting my *** dollar bonus in which I rightfully desrrve.
