Someone with a SIMILAR address is taking rides because I should know the location where these drivers pick up which IS NOT *** CHULA VISTA DR & the drop off location address I’ve never been to. I have the EXACT addresses for BOTH of which I put in on an app that supports both Uber & Lyft to see which carrier is the closet. There is no way nor was I even awKe or out of town on * of the charged. There is now a total of * rides I was charged I didn’t take. I recently had surgery & there’s o my * locations I have gone to & neither of those locations match. Even the last charge @ *:** am near Patriots st (I have no idea where the st is) but it was so early, I don’t do eRly because I’m up all night & sleep in because I’m so bored because I can’t do nothing because of plates, screws in my foot & in. Cast. There’s no way anyone can make this up!! Please call me. Every email I re rice from Lyft stated it was a valid purchase. Oh yeah, that’s right .. because it was a valid credit card but I DID NOT TAKE THOSE RIDES! Something with your systems & mobile apps must be clutching or something. I’ve deleted the app & will no longer be using Kyft until I hear from someone or a * Sup - Sr Mgr*Sincerely * Tammie Rogers
