I work am the Support Services Manager for a retirement community in Towson Maryland. Unfortunately my Residents have been having issues, and we would like to have them addressed as soon as possible. ***. Is there anyway that the Lyft drivers could have a large decal on their car other than the small sticker in the window so that elderly residents, or vision impaired people can know their Lyft has arrived? (everyone doesn't have a cell phone to be notified of their ride.) Maybe a hot pink flag that can hang onto the window. **. Residents have complained that their rides have pulled off to early or not even showed up, yet the driver will cancel and say the person didn't show up. I know this to be false especially when the residents are picked up from our retirement home because often time a security officer will go outside and they don't see the residents lyft. **. One resident complained that she got in a Lyft and the driver didn't now that he was supposed to be taking her to the airport and at the last minute he said that he didn't have gas to take her that far, resulting in her being late for her flight. *I look forward to hearing from you in a timely fa****on this is the second email I've submitted with no response. I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
