Help with my Lyft issue
I was charged * times for a lyft ride in * month. **** for $**.**, **** for * rides $**.**, $**.**, $**.**. All of which I did NOT use. I want a full cash refund for all monies immediately. Someone stole my iden***y and got my bank account information. I want someone to contact me ASAP at ***-***-****. If I do not hear from anyone I will be forced to call Channel * Action News and contact my Attorney. You need to delete my account information immediately.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
