The issue in GetHuman-kaylaaco's own words
I was charged * times for a lyft ride in * month. **** for $**.**, **** for * rides $**.**, $**.**, $**.**. All of which I did NOT use. I want a full cash refund for all monies immediately. Someone stole my identity and got my bank account information. I want someone to contact me ASAP at ***-***-****. If I do not hear from anyone I will be forced to call Channel * Action News and contact my Attorney. You need to delete my account information immediately.
GetHuman-kaylaaco did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
