On May * I requested a ride on Lyft from JFK Airport. Lyft responded that a driver would be there is * minutes. The driver called my phone and asked me my destination. I responded Old Greenwich CT. the driver never showed up and didn't respond to several phone calls and texts. The driver obviously did not want to take the ride. After ** minutes the driver cancelled the ride. The driver's name is Maninder, license plate T******C, NY plates. We untimtely called another Lyft driver who responded and took the ride.
GetHuman-hirschs did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
