I ordered a Lyft on April **. The app showed that a driver accepted the ride, but did not in fact come to pick me up. **The driver just went the other way. This went in for some time. I tried to call the driver but no answer. **Eventually I had to cancel the ride. You charged me $**. I should not be charged a cancel fee when I had to cancel because your driver did not pick me up.**I tried to reach you without success. (Your access to customer service is a nightmare) **This happened today and your bot gave me a $** account credit. **I want my money back, for both events. I do not want an account credit. **I want this revolved fast.
