My booking reference : OKGWFH*When I made my reservation on Lufhansa's website i opted for an extra EUR *** to specifically book seats ***A,**C,**A and **C i.e two window seats. However upon boarding the airplane we got other seats (**D,**E,**F,*zG) in the central row and were rudly dismissed by the intendants when refering to our seat reservation. This is shoking and inacceptable: we paid a premium for a service which wasn't delivered, weren't notified of any change of planee before were boarding and were treated like cattle by your staff. Thank you in advance to revert to me on how you intend to compensate this disastrous customer experience. Our return flight is scheduled September *.
