I paid Lufthansa*Swiss Airlines for seats on flight LX**** Manchester to Zurich **.**.****(today)& flight LX**** Zurich to Boston today. ... I paid $**.** for seats **D & **E (LX****) & $**.** for seats **G & **K.
My husband and I weren’t seated together on flight LX**** and on flight LX**** the seats are not what I booked and paid for.
Either: *. Refund the sums of $AUS**.** and $AUS$**.*** or immediatetely allow us access to one of the business lounges in Terminal E at Zurich Airport.
